It's Been A While

Sorry, I have been super busy with life so, I haven't found much time to blog. Not, that I haven't thought about it, that's for sure.

Whats Been Happening at the Sharlow's:

I am back to school. I have six classes this term and they are quite time consuming. Even my determination with being organized with school is not working so well for me this term. I was tutoring 8-9 hours a week up at the college. I have put my tutoring on hold while I try to get myself into a schedule that works. I will be graduating this June and I'm am excited and a little scared.

I went this last week and had my 3-month post op. for my Lasik. My vision is really good. I have a residual astigmatism that makes my vision fluctuate when I read street signs. Hopefully, my eyes will adjust to it over the next year and if it becomes to much of an issue there is still the option for a retouch. My vision is solid 20/30, but I do see at 20/25 quite well, and sometimes my vision is 20/20. I can't complain and I don't ever have to wear glasses. I am excited that I get to take a trip to the DMV and have my vision restriction removed from my license.YAY!!!

I also have been going to the gym, yes I said gym, for the last few weeks. I take a group power class (weight training) and a Zumba class. I do both classes 2x a week and then one day I do the elliptical and free weights on my own. I am loving it!

Jeff is working hard for the money!!! He has no idea the gratitude I have for him allowing me to stay home with the kids for the last five years, and for letting me go to college and get a degree. I don't think I could ever repay him for the amazing opportunity he gave me.

Madison is going to be five next month!!! Who said she could grow up so fast? I know it wasn't me. My little girl is amazing, bad attitude and all. She has lost three teeth over the last year. The third one she just pulled a few days ago. She is a bit advanced on the whole tooth business. Most kids don't start losing teeth till five or six. She's a pretty tough girl who can certainly hold her own, but she does it wearing a princess dress and a tiara.

Nathan is amazing in the word department! He speaks in full, 8-10 word, understandable sentences. I am blown away at how well he understands words. He is growing like a weed and is cute as can be. He loves to play super heroes, jump off the highest thing he can find, and doesn't like going to bed or taking naps.

I can't wait for spring!Pendleton is normally pretty cold in the winter but we get a lot of sunshine. That however, is not the case this year. I feel like we are living back down in Eugene/Springfield. It has been cold, rainy, and overcast for far too long. I am sick of it and need more sun, STAT!

Sorry this post is soooooo long. I will try to post more often but, no guarantees.
